At 3 Little Birds Yoga we’re proudly providing classes for a wide variety of age-groups, with a belief that yoga and its core values of compassion, honesty and respect, should be made an accessible and enjoyable practise for all people.
Yoga is a low-impact, stress-relieving activity that strengthens the body and improves flexibility, whilst being easily adaptable to all shapes and sizes. Our classes are designed with inclusivity as a crucial ethos and we aim to teach yoga beyond the poses, incorporating the yogic tradition of self study – to deepen the practise beyond the mat.

After over 20 years working in early Childhood and Primary Education, I embarked upon a new journey, training in the wonderful Yoga Bananas technique with the inspiring Skip Oliver.
Since then I completed my 200hr YTT with My Vinyasa Practice, delving into the philosophy of the 8 limbs of yoga and deepening my own knowledge of the practice.
Yoga is a lifelong study and I will forever be a student.
My daughter and I started 3 Little Birds Yoga, starting with classes for children and teens and have since expanded to offering adaptive yoga, adult classes, corporate yoga and 1-1 sessions.
We tailor-make each class to suit the needs of participants for particular groups, so that our yoga classes are inclusive and available to all.
